Sandton Sun Shines:
 Sandtonistas who love recommending the Sandton Sun to visiting friends and family will be pleased to hear that the hotel is getting yet another upgrade following its 2007 refurbishment.
Four new meeting rooms and an executive lounge are being added, along with a new fitness centre. The executive lounge will cater for guests who are unable to meet an early check-in or late check-out time, and will reflect the lobby by incorporating a contemporary African feel.
Two of the hotel’s three presidential suites have been revamped and were made available to the public in May this year. These two suites have been kitted out with new décor, as well as home automation systems and other state-of-the-art technology. According to the hotel, more surprises are on the cards, so watch this space!
